We ship to UK and deliver direct to your door, normally within 1-2 working days. We always send by Royal Mail recorded post. Postage rates will be displayed at checkout. Please review our postage rates below.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Our no rush delivery rate is £3.50 and FREE for all other orders over £35 (2-3 days).
  • Our express delivery rate is £5.00 and FREE for all orders over £70 (1-2 days)
  • Our Saturday guaranteed delivery rate is £9.00 (please order by 3pm Friday)

When your parcel arrives, check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please contact us by email. 

RETURNS

Earrings and Engraved Items

Please note: we cannot except returned earrings for hygiene reasons or items that have been engraved.

Our 14-day returns guarantee

If something is not suitable you can return to us for a full refund. Please notify us within 14 days and we will refund the relevant parts of your order when we receive the goods in their original condition. We do not refund any post and packaging charges.

Extended Christmas returns

For all orders placed between the 1st - 22nd December we have an extended refund guarantee until the 20th of January of the year after the order was placed.

Our 30-day exchange guarantee

We are happy to exchange goods for their original cost. Please notify us within 14 days and we will issue you with a credit note or send out the new order when we receive the goods in their original and re saleable condition (including the original packaging). 

Please note: 
You are responsible for returning the item back to us. We do not accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage. We do not credit back the return postage cost.

FAULTY GOODS

It is very unlikely that goods will be found to be faulty. However, if goods should be found to be faulty a notification should be made within seven days of the goods being received. All goods supplied by us are subject to manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Under this warranty we will replace or issue credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. Where goods are found to be faulty the cost of the goods will be refunded.

Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton and please contact us.

If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit, and send it to
