Callista Hospitality incorporates powerful, easy-to-use features which are normally available only in high-end, expensive hospitality systems.  Now reservations, automatic scheduled management reporting, automatic faxing or e-mailing of reservation confirmation letters, allocation of multiple accounts per guest room, multiple telephone extension tracking per guest room, complete guest history, on/off peak calendar, automatic call allocation and pricing, automatic allocation of call margins and user-definable transaction allocation are all available in an innovative, inexpensive, easy-to-use system.  A fully automated check in wizard makes check in fast and efficient for even the most novice user.

Link in Callista CIRIS and you'll be to manage your on-line reservations and room availability completely automatically all day every day.  You won't have to lift a finger.  It's a set-once-and-forget operation.  Upload all of your rooms to the internet (including your own website) just once in a single operation and Callista CIRIS will take care of the rest.  On-line reservations will then be automatically downloaded into Callista Hospitality's reservation pad while all the changes in your room availability will be automatically uploaded to the internet completely eliminating any manual handling of these reservations. You won't have to ring fence any rooms for specific on-line sales because all of your rooms will be available all the time for sale on-line and also locally at your own property eliminating the risk of unsold rooms.

If you provide broadband internet facilities for your guests you can also link in Callista CIBI to recover the cost of this service.  Integrating directly into Callista Hospitality, Callista CIBI automatically tracks and bills all guest broadband internet usage and consolidates it with all other transactions on one check out bill for each guest.

Depending on your PABX type, Callista Hospitality also provides additional functionality to protect your business from fraudulent use of your guest telephones by incorporating PABX bi-directional interfaces (BDI) to allow locking and unlocking of guest telephones on check in/check out.  BDI will also allow you to set wake up calls, update room status from guest room telephones, automatically activate telephone message waiting lights and activate Do Not Disturb indicators from either your guest telephones or your PC.
